I don't want to be a bitch about this, but what has this to do with the list?
Simple enough. A lot of people don't actually know what a 99 is. I'm sure if I took a poll around my office right now no one here (US) would have the slightest idea. Maarten asked to see what one looked like and a number of people posted links to pictures. Hardly something to get upset about. It's even mildly on topic.
