I have the same dilemma as you. I
know if I hold onto these things too long the value will probably start to drop
off as the interest in the KLF dies down. At this point I don’t
need the money so I’ll probably just hang onto them.
If I were going to sell them Ebay is the
way to go. You get worldwide exposure which commands the best bids.
I would definitely sell the rarest items separately to get the best price.
These are some recent Ebay examples
KLF 92 PROMO3 - What Time Is Love (Acid
Mix) sold for $910 in Dec 2003
KLF 92 PROMO2 – What Time Is January
sold for $247 in Dec 2003
KLF 010RR – Kylie Said To Jason
Extended Promo remixes went for $485 in Jan 2004
Others that I would suggest to be sold
separately are:
Kylie Said to Jason CD
Shag Times CD
What Time Is Love Story CD
KLF 008R
KLF VT91 The Work VHS
K Cera Cera CD
Original VHS versions of the White Room
Movie
Mu Mu Robes, pressing plates, etc, etc

the joy of watching a dreamer who has nowhere to land but in the ocean of
reality."
