That's what I thought too...the Omnibus Documentary also appears on DVD occasionally. For the record it was called 'A Foundation Course in Art', a title that is rarely mentioned.
I seem to remember the 'raw' film appearing on DVD on eBay too, the cover being the same as the poster and book on the same subject.

There's the K-Foundation BBC Omnibus documentary, broadcast in 1995.
AND the raw, hour-long footage shot by Gimpo on Jura in August 1994.
Only the latter is actually called "Watch the K-Foundation Burn a Million Quid".
And it's not so easy to find as the documentary ...
