There's off-topic and then there's off-topic - I think the list is generally flexible and has a modicum of common sense (for example, people were very kind and supportive when my Dad died and I collected money for the British Heart Foundation - but then, I'd be surprised if they were anything else but!)

Sometimes it *is* difficult to discuss things about an act that haven't released a record in 9 years, and an album in 15, and stick to discussing their work. And why should we? We're people, as well as fans. And with the Transit Kings just around the corner, as well as 2007 only 5 months away (whatever that may bring), there should be more 'on-topic' topics soon.
