Unreleased KLF Track

As many of you will recall a cache of lost and forgotten material was rediscovered during Jimmy's house move early last year. Some of the tracks were liberated by The Junior Insurgent Transmitter Ensemble for the soundtrack to the 2009 M25 Spin. We have produced a single track DVD sampler and will be giving it away to all the "spinners" joining us this year. The track featured is a unique version of the Pure Trance classic What Time Is Love and was recorded and performed by The KLF at the very first Helter Skelter illegal rave held on the 30th September 1989. We will be meeting up at Thurrock Service Station just off the M25 at 11am on Saturday 20th March 2010 and will be on the London Orbital Motorway until 1pm on Sunday 21st March. Every two laps we stop for fuel and pick up passengers / collaborators at Clacket Lane Services (clockwise side). Australian Possum History of the Jams CD

I have recently tracked down and bought this CD but unfortunately the booklet is water damaged so the booklet pages have stuck together. As it only cost me £11, and the condition was advertised correctly, and the cd plays fine, I'm still pleased with it. Could any other owners of this cd have a look at their booklets and tell me was there any writing inside the booklet like the TVT version? or were the pages blank inside? Also the Burn the Beat 7" mix was correctly listed unlike Lazlo's discography which states it was incorrectly labelled as Whitney. thanks mark

Shag Times Vinyl Question

Hi there. I was wondering if someone could help me. I bought a copy of Shag Times from a second-hand store today and I'm not sure if I've got a bootleg or a mispress. The album is gatefold - the press chronology runs in the correct chronological order and the catalogue number on the spine is JAMS DLP 3. It has the 2 LPs for the price of 1 sticker on the front. The problem is that Side 1 is missing. When I play Side 1, I actually get Side 3. Side 3 and Side 4 are both correct so I'm getting Side 3 twice and no side 1. The other odd thing is on the second disc with the correct tracks. It appears as if the label for Side 3 has been restuck (badly) to the original label for side 3 (it's the one with all the bmps listed on it) so it appears as if something else could be beneath it. Anyway, I'm assuming I've been had. But everything else about the record seems legit (the hand scratched codes on the vinyl for example). What do you think? Thanks Neil

Non-KLF related, but might be of interest to the old ravers on the list. Own a piece of rave/acid/techno artwork - classic tracks in printed form; http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/szabohaslam/waveform-bleep-techno-and-r… Shame they don't have WTIL, but I might go for the Orbital or 808 State print in its absence. Rave safe!
