I bought a boot of PROMO3, and its text was the same as ETERNA23 - same "handwriting", but bigger than normal on KLF offical releases. I seem to remember reading somewhere that PROMO 3 had 20 "official" and an extra 50 or so "unofficial" copies. They all came out the same time, from the same plant, but the "unofficial" ones were not intended for release.
