From the "outside looking in" ... An observation
From the "Outside" looking in.. An observation appropriated (Stolen) from Mark Brothers This article was/is used WITH-OUT His permission My car hobby involves thousands of people, men, and women, in every state in the US and many other countries. During the Christmas Holidays, Car clubs and individual show Car owners raise thousands of dollars for Shop with a Cop, Toys for Tots, and similar charities. A good friend recently shared a story about his experience. The car club he belongs to, raised $20,000 and gave half to two children's charities for Christmas. As a group of small, needy children walked hand in hand with local Police officers. On the way into Walmart, one little boy about eight years old asked the officer if he could spend his portion of the money on his mother. This child's selfless gesture was a beacon of inspiration that touched the hearts of nearly everyone who heard about it. A small child living in a poor environment wants to spend his donated money on his mother. I'm telling you, this also caused a few tears to roll from my eyes. God bless everyone who organizes these events. Bless the people who donate money, and bless the little children who receive these gifts. Your efforts, your generosity, and your resilience are deeply appreciated and make a significant difference in the lives of these children. I am proud of what my worldwide hobby accomplishes yearly for so many different charities. Our collective efforts, spread across every state in the US and many other countries, makes a global impact and brings joy to countless children and families.
