What a great week we just had, Hats off to Riverton Chevrolet for a super great FREE show, FREE Registration, Awards, Prizes and FREE FOOD !!!
201 Officially registered, (and a few who must have forgot) .. All in All, what an amazing annual event, Super THANKS to the staff and owners of Riverton Chevrolet.
SATURDAY was Amazing, Well attended, and experienced a new park, and with that, working out a few bugs.
IF you weren’t there, you seriously should have been,, Thanks to Wasatch Rods & Customs AND Gods Garage, a very appreciative young single mother received
some much needed transportation, Gods Garage accepts donations of Cars, repairs or updates what is needed and GIVES them away!
Good thing we had tissues and paper towels on hand..

FREE CRUISE NIGHT / Car Show This Wednesday is set for SHAKE SHACK FREE Cruise/Show 6123s State, Murray Utah, 5-8pm. Complimentary Cup of Custard has always been nice and refreshing!. Awards, Dash Plaques an ”Specialty” Awards.. as well as Gift Card door prizes. Shake Shack features Kiosks you can order and pay thru OR, OR,.. Simply go to the counter and order at the counter.. They also have a LARGE Car Show parking lot, However, they usually pack the house, So come early for a select spot.
SoDa Row/Live Daybreak Cruise Night/Car Show
Thursday is SODA ROW/Live Daybreak FREE Cruise/show Co-hosted and assisted by the DayBreak Car Club, Awards, Dash plaques, Specialty Awards, Gift Cards, We now utilize more parking area around the stage gravel area, Additional Parking is open along “The Break” But PLEASE, one side of the road only, Codes insist on a “Fire Lane” available. Event Management always has great door prizes. Awards, Dash Plaques and Specialty Awards.

SUNDAY, August 20, Hobble Creek Canyon, Springville, Sunday In the Park Car Show.. 8/4p.. $10.00 Registration. This event is open to any and all makes, years, sizes and colors! Come and enjoy the hospitality Of Chairman Jerry Faulkner, Organizer and Host of this show. It’s AMAZING to see the DOOR PRIZES available ONLY to those who register, 5 Big Screen T.Vs, Little Giant Ladders, fridges, compressors, tools, Each year I am stunned by what Jerry gives away,, …. Door prizes are NOT raffles! Door prizes tickets are GIVEN to those who register ONLY.
This show is connected with the Springville Rotary, they have a separate “Optional” Rotary Raffle and best Rib eye Steak dinners anywhere, complete with fresh Corn on the cob, Salad, Rolls,, etc… costs have increased a little thru the years in order to BUY LOCAL,, I should say LOCAL AND FRESH from Springville… Trust me,,, it is very well worth the cost,, you won’t go away hungry!

MO HERNANDEZ is the MAN!
Mo is going thru cancer and treatment and could use our help and appreciation.
Mo Hernandez never gets the recognition and respect/admiration he truly deserves! He is constantly serving and doing things for others and our Car community! He stepped up and puts everything he has to raising his Grandkids. And at the same time, covering our events.. When I think about it,, has he ever turned anyone down when it comes to assisting or helping ANYONE? He is one who does not choose “sides”, He does not play the childish High school Games, He truly is someone we all look up to, and RESPECT.
Personally, I don’t think Life in general has been kind to Mo, he has gone thru so many “Heartbreakers” But, this guy is a true survivor.. He has gone thru so much, and is still here, doing something or going somewhere almost daily to benefit our Hot Rodding community… AND.. he does this on his own dime! He is a very proud and independent guy, but there really are ways to get even or help support Mo as much as all of us possibly can! I am extremely proud of being just one, on his “friend list” I can’t possibly imagine how big this list is.. So many years, So may events.. So many THOUSANDS of photographs,, SO MANY WONDEFUL MEMORIES!
OUR CAR COMMUNITY, our FAMILY OF FRIENDS.. needs to do all possible to help him, What a great Guy, and a good example of what we all should be. Lets give him Visa Gift cards, Restaurant gift cards,
IF you are connected to a show, GIVE him FREE registration, GIVE him raffle tickets, GIVE him Coupons for food or beverages,, GIVE him FREE ADMISSION to events.. you would be SHOCKED at those who don’t!
Mo served our Country, He is a prime example of a AMERICAN and Veteran, and damn proud of it .. Thank you for your Service Mo, and way too long overdue… WELCOME HOME!
The Visa gift cards or dinner cards,, helps more that you realize,, and shows our appreciation for doing what he does.. FOR US!!
