Paul Lassen Passed away February 22nd

Due to complications from Cancer he has been fighting for years!

Born March 8th 1946 to Feb 22nd 2024 – 77years

I don’t think he hardly ever missed a One Man Band Cruise Night.

Paul was Paul, he was honest, he was who he was,

he taught his children the great value of honesty and a never quit attitude.

He was multi-skilled and throughout his life had many experiences and hardships.

He loved spending time in the summers with friends and family at various car shows and cruises.

He would often hang his red and white letterman jacket in one of his classic cars during car shows, especially during Strawberry Days.

Paul does have a Facebook account, please contact thru Facebook if you like.

He was grateful to travel abroad for vacations with family as well as hunting trips with friends. At one point he built and repaired racing snowmobiles. He worked in construction, handyman services, car restoration, gunsmithing, and anything that caught his interest. He always had projects he was working on. He had Bag Balm, toothpicks, at least one pocket knife on him at all times; and, often an end wrench in his back pocket. His handy tools and abilities earned him one of his many monikers, “The MacGyver Grizzly Adams.” Throughout his life, he would often stop, admire, and share the found beauty of things around him, especially sunrises while hunting. One of his most recent beautiful experiences was meeting, holding, and loving his great-granddaughter, Kristabella.

Sadly, Paul passed on February 22, 2024 and is survived by his wife, Janice; brother, Keith (Barbara); children: Christian, Gentry, and Colby (Brandi); grandson, Jayson (Adriana); and great-granddaughter, Kristabella. The family sends their gratitude to the CNS hospice teams and Sandstone of Millcreek caregivers for the care they provided to Paul.
