Greetings Everyone…

We have lots of places to go, the best people to see, and PLAYING with our “Rides” to do!  We are quickly approaching a new season of COMPETING events, I have noticed on some “double bookings” are great Charity Shows, double booking does NOT help either event, and it draws a line in the sand to which event you attend, then you get crap for not going to one or the other,, Event organizers should give a little consideration to other events, or is this competition their intention??.. Most of our events are ANNUAL, most re-schedule every year, same weekend.

Our events are trying to HELP people, NOT Dividing them! And as the summer goes on, they should give an award to the most events on the same day!,, All I Can say is,, Chose your show! Go have some fun,    Enjoy your friends,   You can’t be everywhere at the same time, go where you WANT, BUT Not where you are TOLD!! .. High School was a long time ago… some things have never changed, We are NOT playing High School games anymore !! …

I am so IMPRESSED and so HUMBLED to realize how much OUR CAR COMMUNITY CARES and raises funds each season for various charities..  it is absolutely unbelievable how our Car Community, Our hobbyists contribute RIGHT BACK TO OUR COMMUNITIES!!! You all contribute! Especially by ATTENDING! Either by your cash donation, prize donation, sponsor donation. YOU ALL CONTRIBUTE!

I am so very proud to be even such a small part of this “Hobby”, oh my, has it grown since I started hosting events back in 1980, WE have come such a LONG WAY!  There are so many, and they are so popular these days, however, sometimes our “elected officials, or “wanna-bee’s” see what we do and think it is so easy, they take over, first thing they do is change things we have tried and perfected thru the years..  THE BEST events are hosted and produced by CAR PEOPLE.. (THAT IS ABSOLUTE FACT)  The number one rule is, and should always be,, “CAR PEOPLE” should always run CAR SHOWS..

Thanks for supporting and attending our events, and, I DO MEAN OUR EVENTS because they belong to those who attend and support them. You can go to all or one, its completely your choice! I believe we have made these little “gatherings” adaptable so everyone can get what they want from them.. some go for the associated friendships, some for the fun, some for the rewards, … and some even like the Music!... I also believe if you go looking for a good time and fun, you’ll find it! .. Same goes for one or two who go looking for things to complain about,, look hard enough, you’ll find something!. I’ll take the friendship and the fun, ANYTIME!,  as for the ‘rewards”.. I get mine from the smiles! .. Remember, go where you WANT, not where you are TOLD.

CAR WEBSITES & STUFF…..

        I am frequently asked if I could post someone’s event on my website,,  I only post events that I am associated with, on our website.. I strive to do the best we possibly can to promote those/our events, …. So, I will advertise the websites promoting ALL events/shows, I am proud to promote our hobby in general..  if you want to know the shows I am doing, check my website, Facebook or Hot-line.  If you want to check all shows, check a general website promoting all events.. hotrodtime.com , and on facebook, utahcarshows, utahcarczar… most general websites do a good job promoting all shows,, some do a better job than others.. I am asked all the time,, why isn’t a show I am doing on someone’s web site,, my reply is,, I have no idea,, go ask the person managing the website.. 

Stay AWAY from THANKS2FRANK.com … It is bogus.. not real, it’s a scam! ..CAUTION & DANGER !! ..  BE AWARE, DO NOT GO TO “THANKS2FRANK” someone in another country has bought the domain site and ALL DATES are wrong, This site is totally BOGUS and has absolutely NOTHING to do with us in any way..  Such a sad way to end the empire Scott & Courtney built..  See, we really don’t realize or appreciate what we have… TILL ITS GONE!! Take a small moment or two to express thanks to those who do so much for this so called “Hobby”  Our Family of FRIENDS !
