Greetings Everyone. ** Where were you, in '22 ??? What can I possibly say to cover or explain what went on over the weekend? I am still stunned, impressed, and AMAZED. THANKS TO ALL who attended or supported Kulture Krash '22 .. the funds raised was a stunning $26,513.00. and the official amount registered was 333 entries, (about 20 didn't) but, without ALL the support and dedication to this epic event, the outcome certainly would NOT be the same.. In MY OPINION, the artists finally were recognized and truly appreciated for their time and TALENTS, the rare, unique and amazing works of art came in many fashions.. and sold for good money.. ALL FUNDS donated directly to Angels Hands Foundation for kids/families with rare diseases.. our GREAT FRIENDS at Blendtec came thru again with 7 top of the line blenders, each one was customized/painted by Andy's Artist family of Friends.. each was placed in individual drawings so anyone could place tickets for the one they desired.. each blender originally runs about $700.00. now add the custom personalization of each and collectability and value go thru the roof. This unique and very impressive event is the brain child of Andy Kawahara (I just say Andy K) and his unique FAMILY OF FRIENDS.. To say the event has grown, is an understatement. Events in general only grow, if they are supported, and if they are truly supported .. they succeed,.. While on supporting,, THANK YOU to Candace and Hot Rod Time,, This had to be a difficult time for her,, We lost Steve just days after this event only a year ago.. Condolences Candace we genuinely love and support you, and most of all .. APPRECIATE what you do for our community.. Candace and her team covered this event as well as Mr. Mo Hernandez (Ever seen this guy in a suit?? WOW!) During the event, Angels Hands characters all uniquely dressed in true Halloween fashion.. mingled and performed and event for everyone! All those in various costumes and surrounded by a smokin Dragon! How can you beat that?? Special THANKS to Rick and the Eskelsen Family from Evanston Wyoming for bringing that amazing ride all the way from Evanston to Copperton.. Can you imagine the looks and stares he was getting cruising down the highway ?? This unique event featured two Auctions, Live and silent, and the words simply fail me how to explain Ocho the auctioneer.. you would have to see, to believe.. THANKS OCHO! While referring to Ocho,, to add icing to the Kulture Krash Cake,, their daughter was proposed to (and accepted) at the end of the show.. (Spiderman proposed to Wonder Woman) as I said, this event is one to experience, to believe.. We even had Lindsey Larsen Miss Utah in attendance ! (missutah2021@missutah.org <mailto:missutah2021@missutah.org> ) Car Events held in Copperton City Park.Each one of 3, are managed by Dennis & Cheryl Carrigan, Their heartfelt dedication to a shows success truly impresses me.. Only those who have hosted or managed a car show event, knows their pain.. THANK YOU to the Carrigan's,, Good Job indeed! All in attendance experienced your great hospitality and very beautiful park! Vendors/Collectibles.. It was so nice to have Trixie and her Brotherhood and Sisterhood band of "Finks" attending this show,, I certainly hope everyone had a chance to stock up on "Fink Collectibles" oh, and how about those food trucks,, everything from Super Curly fries, Hot dogs, Corn dogs, Iceburg Ice-cream shakes, and Nacca B's and her Italian munchies.. and, how about Jason and SMOKE A BILLY, they certainly sold out fast!!
