What an amazing weekend, and NOW Mother Nature steps in ! ??.. Good weather was so nice and so over-due for so many, attendance has been overwhelming. Everyone is so ready to get out, see friends, have fun, and simply enjoy each other’s company. That being said, Beaver CarQuest Show was AMAZING, Can you imagine shutting down MAIN STREET Beaver Utah? We actually did it, THANKS to the great local people and the interest they showed and the amazing and fantastic entrants who attended and supported the show. The RED Car show was far bigger than last year, THANKS Goldstrom Nostalgia Street Rod Museum, Randall “Lugnut” Connell and the super supporters of this event, proceeds raised for Speedway Children’s Charity... WOW! Every entrant should be commended! I have always said, the cars get us there, our FAMILY of friends, keep us there, these people are the hobbies greatest, as is every one of us who own classic/collectible autos. Wheels are wheels, 2, 3 or four, What a fantastic gathering of such great people, who all love this hobby..

The Lake Powell Cruisers Invites you to a fantastic Car Show in the park of Page Arizona. What a GREAT event, 110% well worth the drive! --- THIS NEXT WEEKEND !!!!!
Nice discount at the Host Hotel, complete with a swimming pool and hot tub. The folks with the Lake Powell Cruisers Car Club really roll out the RED CARPET for this show! Its RARE to have a town support a show like this.. They even have the local Police and Park Rangers block the intersections for the COOLEST Main Street Cruise ever!! AND the cruise INCLUDES an actual drive across the old damn! Registration Party starts Friday at the Page Lumber yard at 2pm (Arizona Time of course) Socialize for a while, then we Cruise in and around the beautiful WARM city of Page Arizona.. The main COOL Car Show is in the city park starting at 9am. The shows name has been changed this year paying tribute to Warren Whistler, Club Pres, Warren recently passed away, leaving us with Memories of a great, fun, and fantastic guy.
Just think of the WARMTH, 92 expected in Page Arizona this weekend. Think of the beautiful scenery of Lake Powell, now add outstanding hospitality…. It all adds up! Should I remind you to bring your camera? What a Beautiful place for a Car Show.. A Nice stop along the way is THUNDERBIRD Restaurant in Mt Carmel Utah,, They have a Car Show ON THE GOLF COURSE September 25th. A Car Show actually ON a golf course?? Isn’t it strange some PUBLIC parks wont “allow” us to park on the grass ?? .. Makes you re-think the PUBLIC in PUBLIC PARK doesn’t it!!
