Why do I feel like I just got hit by a Funny Car. Wheel Stander, or Dragster? All this and MORE! Last weekend was one for the books,, It’s about time UTAH had a National Show like Good-Guys in Salt Lake! It was a HUGE Record breaker, last estimate I had was kissing the 900 mark and there was more after that! I can’t even imagine this shows attendance if “some other show” had not have been on the same day, making a bunch make a choice between two good events! (Soap-Box!)
THANK YOU to all who attended the 2nd annual Good Guys, by either showing your “ride” or walking thru.. I was amazed and impressed by all the Super Show vendors, all the cool names/businesses/sponsors we hear about were there.. Extreme THANK YOU to all the GOOD GUY Staff for believing is us local “Car Enthusiasts” and for all those who came in from all across our Country! I chatted with hobbyists from Michigan, Nebraska, California, Montana, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Chihuahua MEXICO! Thank you Ed & Wendy Jones, THE Scott Stanger, Birthday Girl.. HATS OFF to Brandon Peterson. I was notified by Steve Fern (Hot Rod Time) of an out of state cruiser who broke down on the Thursday Cruise to Park City and Huntsville.. , Brandon’s shop was the closest so I called (that’s what he gets for giving me his cell number) Brandon dropped everything, came to the rescue, and refused payment! THIS is what GREAT HOT-RODDERS are made of! This is what makes UTAH PROUD!
Speaking of PROUD… Wasatch Rods and Customs came thru with flying colors,, from manning all the gates, leading the Thursday Cruise.. and covering almost every problem that came up.. These families handled everything with expertise, manners and UTAH HOSPITALITY

This was a Historic weekend to beat all weekends, I saw so many wonderful friends I haven’t seen since this Covid “Stuff” started.. and, I made a lot of new ones. I am truly over whelmed with so many SMILES. I am sure I have missed something, Someone, However, I am still re-cooperating..
