Greetings to Everyone..
I would like to express my Thank You to everyone who has attended/supported the events we are associated with. We are indeed lucky to have such great people as our Family of Friends! The recent events have had me stop and realize how many special people attend and make these shows/events a success. At Peach Days (989) entries.. We put together a 9-11 tribute, Closing the tribute with Sgt Terry Dammer bugling taps for the Fallen 13. Wow, what a heart warming experience. THANK YOU so much to our Veterans, Our community Service people, Police-Fire-EMT’s- Dispatchers-etc.. Where would we be without them? They do what they do every day. Sure, it’s a job, but they can make more money and safer money doing almost anything else.. They are our REAL Hero’s !! They do this for us, and they do it daily for people they will never actually meet. They do this for our Community and our Country. WE ALL need to express our appreciation and THANKS at every opportunity! These folks need to know they truly are thought of, and appreciated. Please take the time, Take the effort, to say … THANK YOU. It will mean more to them than you could ever imagine! … Jc

Sorry, the Lawn area is still “Hollowed Ground” so, NO lawn parking (Sorry) ,, This will still be a FUN TIME, Award plaques, Prizes, Dash Plaques, and Specialty Awards Select from 5 Very Nice Restaurants, serving everything from Ice Cream or Pizza from Maxwell’s, and all the currently “legal” beverages at “The Break” they have a full delicious Food menu too, How about Fantastic Mexican food, Tio’s Fine Mexican Restaurant is one of the best in town.. Check out Cup Bop as well as “the Porch”..

THE ALL V-W, ONLY V-W.. CAR, VAN, TRANSPORT, BUG, THING, GHIA.. Dune Buggy.. The V-W SHOW IN RIVERTON CITY PARK, 12830s 1830w, Behind Riverton City Hall IS AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EVENT.. and, PARKING ON THE GRASS THIS YEAR !!! I never knew there were so many Volkswagen in Utah.. close to 400 V-W Rides of all sizes shapes and colors attend this show, Tony and Sara Brown and their FAMILY of FRIENDS always do an excellent job! The Swap Meet is great, I always notice “treasures” being bought and taken home each year .. if you have a love or an appreciation for V-Ws, You will be STUNNED at what you see at this show.. OH and the Club Dash, is exactly what you would expect from a bunch of “Car Nuts”,, The Games and dedication is what makes a difference,, and the RIGHT difference in a fantastic event.. Pat on the back for a job well done!

The Annual Vintage Trailer Rally is set for SATURDAY/SUNDAY at the Willard/Brigham City KOA 1040w 3600s .. This so COOL, It is a “Must do” for all who love true nostalgia, Come visit some great people (Campers) who are proud of their beautifully restored Vintage Trailers/Campers and Motor homes! If there is a “open” sign hanging, go inside and take a look! Each year, I am impressed with so many units, Be sure to say Hi to the lead campers Orbie & Emma Mungall (BTW, his Birthday is Oct 10) 435-730-3840, Orbie has one of the most classic Vintage Airstream Trailers around, I can’t imagine the time it takes to keep it so polished! Be sure to ask about their club information, See Duane or Tharen Blue, they are kinda the liaison officers (my term, not theirs) The Blue family not only has a beautifully restored trailer,, but two vintage tow vehicles! This event is COOL, this event is FUN.. It is pure NOSTALGIA at its best!!
