CSS Corp, a global technology solutions corporation is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual (Italian/English) Help Desk Engineer to support our shared services team in our Draper, Utah delivery center.

Job Description

  • Perform general tier 1 & tier 2 Help Desk duties
  • Maintain and monitor trouble tickets
  • Triage trouble tickets as necessary according.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience as a Help Desk Tech
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware/software
  • Familiarity with Exchange Administration tools • Active Directory Administration
  • Strong understanding of Operating Systems: Mac OS, Windows XP/Vista/7
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2007/10/11 (Mac & PC)
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP and networking technologies
  • Moderate knowledge of both Linux/Unix a plus (including command-line code experience)

Compensation:

  • $15/hr - $16/hr DOE
