Fellow GSL Boaters, This Wednesday night, Mar. 14 from 7 to 9 p.m., the Great Salt Lake Yacht Club's FREE seminars series will continue with a presentation on Navigation on the GSL. The presenter will be Bryant Pratt, who has been cruising and racing on the lake since 1990. Bry will discuss simple navigation techniques and equipment, and present a brief overview of GPS navigation. This and all sessions will be held in the Safety Consortium training room, located at 400 W Lawndale Dr. (2500 S) in South Salt Lake. To get to the Safety Consortium building, go to 300 West at 21st. or 27th. South, then go south or north to Lawndale Dr. (2500 S, just south of the I-80 overpass), turn west and proceed to 400 W Lawndale Dr. which is on right side of the road (Lawndale curves to the south). Park on the northeast side of the building and enter through the Training Room door (under the bright light, which may not be on because of DST). See you there!
