To my fellow Great Salt Lake Community, Nothing much has happened in the last week regarding dredging. I expect some more news on Tuesday after the engineers meet with Army Corp of Engineers. But it is time to have a meeting and discuss what we know at this time, the issues we are facing, and where we go from here. One important note; Dredging will not happen without YOU! We increase our odds of successfully dredging with the help of EVERYONE in the marina community. On Saturday, January 25th I am holding the annual Harbor Master Clam Chowder party at 1pm over at my deck. I will have a warm fire burning as well as chili and clam chowder. This is a perfect time to have the meeting. Please plan on coming to the clam chowder party. I will pan to start the meeting around 1:45pm. PLEASE make sure you can make it that day. On a side note, side dishes or other clam chowder dishes are welcome for this feast. I truly hope to see you ALL there.
