Please review it and do the following: * If nothing has changed then do nothing. * If data has changed please edit the data on the form and resend. Your data will automatically be updated Starting today we will begin to send out contract renewal requests by email. Follow the instructions in the email to update your contracts for the 2014 season. REMEMBER! We MUST have new slip contracts and credit card autopay forms EVERY YEAR. All contracts and credit card autopay forms expire December 31st of this year. We will be rekeying and changing the front gate code on January 5th. You will not receive a new key or code without a 2014 contract. Some of you will not be receiving an email renewing your contract because of a past-due balance. Please bring any past-due balances up to date ASAP so that we can renew your contract.
