Keep your flag.  It's part of who you are and I believe that almost everyone that knows you appreciates your sincere efforts to keep us informed of what is happening at the marina,.  Although no longer at the marina, I have NEVER met anyone involved with marinas or the sailing public as well, that put the effort into their job and the people they surround that you do!  Many thanks to you and keep on doing what you do.  You are truly appreciated!
