This is an email I knew was coming sometime but regretted sending.  Inflation has finally caught up with us and is forcing Parks to raise their fees.

I have been telling most of the slip renters to expect a rent increase for slips or storage in the near future.  That date is fast approaching now.  There hasn’t been a rent increase since 1998 even though operating costs have gone up substantially in those 26 years.  I don’t know the actual increase in rent but will let you know very soon.
