I hope you are all planning on attending the Harbor Master Clam Chowder Party tomorrow.   Due to the forecasted weather we will likely hold the party inside the Yacht Club and on the patio.

I will also discuss dredging plans.  These plans are now fairly solidified and moving forward.  We are literally right around the corner from the work beginning.  We have much to discuss tomorrow.  Not all of it is good news.  And it certainly isn’t all bad news.  We have had to make some choices based  on the cost of the project and the available funds.

I look forward to meeting with all of you tomorrow to discuss the dredging project.  I will be discussing the scope of the work, projected start dates, Crane Days, cradle, stands and trailer storage, etc.

The Clam Chowder party starts tomorrow at 11am.  The dredging meeting begins at noon SHARP.
