After much digging, I found current snowpack data from the SNOTEL sites for the drainages that feed the GSL.  The link on the GSLYC website only points to a report that is seldom updated.  Here's a summary as of Monday, February 4, 2008. 
 
Bear River
    Snow Water Equivalent = 103%    Total Precipitation = 101%
Weber-Ogden Rivers
    Snow Water Equivalent = 118%    Total Precipitation = 106%
Provo-Jordan Rivers
    Snow Water Equivalent = 119%    Total Precipitation = 119%
Tooele Valley-Vernon Creek
    Snow Water Equivalent = 110%    Total Precipitation = 110%
 
          Weighted Averages*   109%                                   106%
