Just a few update notes about the Great Salt Lake Marina.
We will be turning water back on to the docks at the end of this month. Some docks may take a bit more time to get fully functional with regard to water though as we usually have some lines break over the winter months as the docks flex
in the strong wind.
Also, April 1 starts summer rates for dock rent.
We still have a lot of slip renters that do not have slip contracts in for the new year. Please get them in ASAP.
The Harbormaster Eardley Spit Cruise is scheduled for June 8th this year. We want to make this a big event. The event will be longer than in the past with a large beach picnic and beach games. I am looking for some ideas for
beach games so if you have some please let me know.
Snowpack today was 120% again with the all-important Bear River snowpack at 114%. I would prefer to see that number at 125% but things are looking up right now. We had quite a bit of direct precipitation last night which also helps lake
level. Right now we have about 5 feet at the marina mouth.
