It appears many boats that were planning on putting in on the March 12^th crane day are not quite ready.

This means we have only three boats ready for that date.

If we postpone the crane until April it appears we will have a greater attendance and a cheaper crane bill.

I am more than willing to still do the March 12^th date if people want to get a jump on the season.

But if all are willing to hold off a month I will move the date into April.

Please give me your thoughts.
