WARNING:  Hazardous Conditions At The Marina

DO NOT VENTURE OUT TO THE MARINA TODAY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TO.

Freezing rain fell early this morning and is still falling.  The gangways, sidewalks, parking lot, frontage road and Interstate 80 are all a dangerous ice rink.  There are many accidents and slide-offs between Lakepoint and the Salt Lake International Airport.  The magnitude of the ice at the marina is beyond our ability to take care of at this point.

Temperatures are expected to warm up this afternoon and should melt most of the ice.  Until then we advise avoiding the marina or traveling to the marina.
