Hi Dave, I will be there to help. I am a novice so it may not be ideal, but I will plan to stay for as long as I can. Steve Clark Sent from my iPhone

Well, I have been watching the numbers closely. And now the numbers say it is time. The lake has officially started to drop. We are already down 3/10ths of a foot from our high in March. That gives us a lake level of 4192.5msl or just over 4 feet at the mouth of the marina.
Our snowpack to-date is only 36% of normal. We have only received 56% of our normal direct-precipitation for the water year (October through May). This is as dismal as it can get. More data can be seen at: https://www.gslmarina.com/current-water-watch
We need to start pulling the bulk of the boats now. It is going to take some time to get everyone out.
Crane Day is scheduled for Thursday, May 20th. If we can find enough volunteers to help out we will also have crane day on Friday, May 21st. This will also help keep the cost down for everyone since we will not have to have transport and setup-tear down costs for the next day as that cost will already be absorbed.
Remember that this is a community activity. We could use volunteers for one day or the other.
Please confirm you are ready to come out. That your mast is down. That your trailers are completely ready or stands are ready or cradles are completely ready.
Thanks Dave
