I don’t have a lot to add right now to this email, but I was under the assumption that dredging was a dead issue.

I have been informed that dredging is DEFINITELY not dead and they are working on it again.

I wish I had more to add at this time but I have no details other than they are moving forward with plans.  I will keep you posted as I get information.
