Currently Utah wants to spend MILLIONS of our taxpayer dollars on a lawsuit against the Feds (that our own state legal counsel says is probably non-winnable) to seize control of Federal Lands in Utah. Yet, we all know what happens when the State controls these lands, they CAN'T EVEN MAINTAIN ONE SMALL MARINA. They keep telling us they are "looking" for the money, yet they have no problems wasting millions of dollars on this lawsuit...
