To the Great Salt Lake Marina Community.

Well, we have had two meetings now on the potential of dredging the Great Salt Lake Marina.  Those meetings took place yesterday and today.  I am cautiously encouraged from what I have heard so far.  But we still have much work to do before we know if it is going to happen.  And, if it happens, how much can be done with the funding that is available.  And we also have some hurdles to climb.  The chances of successfully climbing those hurdles will rely much on the marina community itself.

I am writing to see if there is any interest in a meeting to be held at the Great Salt Lake Marina regarding dredging.  My intent is to let you know where we are, where we need to go, and how all of you may be able to help.  If there is interest in a meeting in the very near future please email me back and I will get one scheduled.  A meeting makes more sense to me rather than having to address issues in multiples of emails.
