The 7th seminar in the 2011 edition of the Great Salt
Lake Yacht Club's FREE Sailing Seminar series is scheduled for this
Wednesday night, March 23, from 7:00 to
8:30 in the Taylorsville Library
auditorium, 4870 S. 2700 W.
This week's subject is Sailboat Racing at the Great
Salt Lake. The
speakers will be Doug Jackson, Race Committee Chair, and Bry Pratt, RC Protest
Officer. We will discuss the GSLYC racing program and the basic
racing rules. Learn about this year's racing schedule, how to get started
in racing and how to avoid problems on the race course. There will be door
prizes.
