Thank you, for all the patience.  It looks like dredging is almost done.  They are hoping to wrap up at the end of this week with actual dredging and then demobilizing the next week.  That means we might be able to get the launch ramp back open sometime at the end of this month or early November.  We have semi-weekly meeting in a few days.  I will update you as soon as the meeting is over.
