Hard as it may be to believe,
not everyone knows that "Talk Like a Pirate Day" is
TODAY. Arrgh! For some unknown reason, news of the
showing and a pre-movie get-together has not made it to the
usual e-mail lists, although folks have been trying, so let's reiterate . .

There will be a special
screening of the new movie "Pirates of the Great Salt Lake," an award-winning
comedy filmed at the Great Salt Lake, at the Broadway Centre Cinemas, 111 E.
3rd. South (Broadway), SLC, tonight, September 19, at 7:30.
A group of GSL marina
habitués are planning a pre-movie get-together at Squatters Pub, 147 W.
Broadway (3rd. S) at 5:30.
