[GSL-Marina] Marina Mouth Closure

We will be doing some sounding in the marina mouth tomorrow. The easiest way for us to do this work is to shut down the mouth for a few hours starting late morning. The mouth should be open again by early afternoon. I hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone. Thanks Dave
