I have received word that they are trying to speed up the construction of the new waterline due to the fact we have a bad leak in the existing waterline that is going to be very difficult to repair due to the location.

This has ramifications for all the boats in the dry storage out by the cell tower.

We are going to lose that whole area as a storage yard as the water tank and water pump building will be located in that lot now. 

It is time to start looking for storage elsewhere.  We just don’t have much space left to store boats in the marina proper.  In fact we are having to get rid of boats in the parking lot.  Those that haven’t paid storage will be the first boats to go.
