We still have a lot of slip renters using aluminum hose connectors on the faucets at the boat docks.  EVERY ONE of these has seized to the pedestals and we will have to replace those faucets.

From today forward we will be charging parts and labor to the slip renter for replacement of the faucets.  The cost of parts and labor is about $200

One of our former slip renter sent me a great suggestion.  He has a boat in the Pacific NW where they have the same problem.  They have been using Eden 93218 Premium Gardon Connect with Shutoff Valve and Water Stop & Lock Feature Quick Release.  They can be found on Amazon.
