The 27^th Annual Turkey Fest is just around the corner.

This event started back in 1996 as a race between two Hobie Cats and then deep frying a turkey after the race to now being the largest social at the Great Salt Lake State Park.  Last year we cooked up 9 turkeys and there wasn’t a bit of turkey left after serving the whole community.

If you have never had deep fried turkey you are missing out.

This has always been a great event, a wonderful time to enjoy really good food and visit with old friends.

As always, the event is open to the WHOLE marina community.

The 27^th Annual Turkey Fest is Saturday, November 18^th with food being served at 4pm PROMPTLY.  Be on time as the turkey goes quick.  We will hold the social at the patio and Cambria Room (old Yacht Club Common Room)

PLEASE RSVP when you can with the number of people you expect so I can start planning on how much turkey to purchase as well as serving utensils.
