A Gale Force Warning is being issued for the Great Salt Lake Marina area and the Great Salt Lake.

 

An unusually strong cold front is approaching the Great Salt Lake.  Winds ahead of this front are approaching at an angle to cause strong gusty winds and even Tooele Twisters through Thursday evening.

 

Please consider whether your property and boats are properly secured and tied down.  What shape are your dock lines in.  If you have any question please come visit your boat and properly secure it along with sails, furlers and other property that may become a dangerous projectile.
