Matt’s widow, Rebecca, wanted to make sure the correct information was listed for the funeral/celebration of life.  Here it is:

The Celebration of Life will be ending at 11:30 AM instead of noon. After the Celebration of Life, we will be laying Matt's ashes to rest at Mount Olivet Cemetery, 1342 E 500 S in Salt Lake City at  noon.
