CRANE USERS-

FRIDAY OCTOBER 5^TH 12 NOON IS THE DAY SELECTED.

Due to the weight of Jeanne’s Tarten we will need the 130 ton crane – the reach will be 100 to 120 ft – the crane is good for 12,600 lbs at 100 ft reach.

We need to have Dave Shearer confirm the reach based on the slip we will use

The estimated cost is as follows; please note that the key to only using the crane for 4 or 5 hours is our preparedness. 6 boats is actually very affordable, more than 6 boats doesn’t always translate to lower costs. Travel time is included in the hour totals so 3 hours /6 boats allow 30 minutes per boat plus 2 hours travel

4 hours x 260 per hour = $1040.00 / 6 boats = $ 173.30 each

5 hours x 260 per hour = $ 1300.00 / 6 boats = $ 216.66 each

6 hours x 260 per hour = $ 1560.00 / 6 boats = $ 260.00 each

PLEASE SEND A CHECK FOR $ 260.00 TO ME BY SATURDAY THE 29^TH. It will need to be in the mail soon. ; This allows me time to cancel the crane if all the deposits are not received. I will give back what we don’t use. Include your return address and phone # please. IF $260.00 is too much please let me know as soon as possible. I believe that $ 215.00 will be the actual cost if all 6 boats show up. ONCE AGAIN THIS IS A USE IT OR LOSE USE IT DEPOSIT – NO REFUNDS. Please bring a check book just incase we have a problem.
