[GSL-Marina] A Couple Problems

We've had a couple problems we need to address. Please do not fold or wash sails on the lawn. It kills the lawn. Also, it is against Park Rules to leave a dog unattended in the park. Even tied up on the dock. Please do not do that. We have a formal complaint about that. Dave
