Wow!  Another year come and nearly gone. 

 

We had a wonderful Turkey Fest with 9 turkeys deep fryed and 140 people fed.

 

Now it is time for the annual Bottom-of-the-Pit Chili Party.

 

Saturday, December 23rd, we will celebrate the shortest day of the year being behind us and the coming of another boating season at Great Salt Lake.

 

11am to 3pm we will host the 50th? Annual Bottom-of-the-Pit Chili cookoff at the Cambria Room (the old yacht club common room).  Bring your favorite chili recipe or other special pot-luck special dish or side.  Come out and see old friends;  maybe even enjoy a day on the water after having some great food.

 

Prizes will be given for Most Original Recipe, Spiciest, Best Tasting Recipe.
