GSL Slip Renters and Marina Users.

Just a quick update on the storm.  We had probably just shy of two feet of snow during yesterday’s sustained blizzard.  We have plowed most of the parking lot but we still have work to do.  We also plowed most of the sidewalks last night but many of them are covered again from the blowing snow.  We had to use the camping area to push snow so there will be no camping spots open for a while.

The docks are all still covered with snow as is all the boats but much of the snow depth has blown off the boats from the wind.

Winds with be blustery all day today with some gusts exceeding 35mph.  I do not expect stronger winds than that at the marina.

The marina is an ice rink.  It will take a day or two for the parking lot to melt.  Docks and sidewalks may also be very slippery even with our efforts to keep them otherwise.  So if you venture out to the marina PLEASE be VERY CAREFUL.
