I really doubt it. That was pretty much wrapped up except for some filling stories that he wanted to do. Kind of like the real Conan series where Howard wrote different stories from Conan's life and then intended to go back and write stories on different time. Depending on what he feel like doing at the moment. Howard was one intubated dude! Too bad he died so young. But it sounds like with stories like Shaggy Dog Bridge which I've never read unfortunately, for the Shadows Etc that was kind of Glenn's plan maybe not from the get-go but it occurred to him later. About that there is unfinished business with the black company series. Except for maybe Glen filling in gaps in their history with newer material. Kind of like Shaggy Dog Bridge and Port of Shadows Etc. Like Howard did with the real original Conan series. You spread the stories of Conan's life over his whole life so he could go back and write on different time periods whenever the mood hit him to write about certain aspects of Conan's career. That was one really Innovative author! Because of all of the BS authors that took over the Conan series and the '80s and '90s people tend to forget just how powerful Howard's writing was.
