It's a virus. I know people who get them regularly from various chat programs (MSN,ICQ, Yahoo, etc). It goes through your address book and sends a spam email to everyone of your contacts.
No, I don't know how to remove it. I use a firewall, antivirus, spybot search and destroy, and don't have a chat programming. But I'd recommend that you try to get it off your system.
