I failed to find a copy today, Saturday. I have one more place to check out on Sunday, otherwise I'll be waiting for Tuesday :-(
The view from two thirds of the way through: This book is a fiendishly complex tangle of emotional issues. The action, and there is some, is entirely secondary. When I say "complicated", I'm comparing it to the political tangle in the Instrumentalities of the Night series. It's on that level, it's a very character-driven book.
