FOTD 14-02-06 (No Name, No Rating)
FOTD -- February 14, 2006 (Not Rated) Fractal visionaries and enthusiasts: Today's image, with its striking 7-pointed stars, is a Julia set of the Z^(1.05)+C Mandeloid as it appears 100 levels up the spiral ramp. I gave it neither name nor rating. The best point of today's FOTD might be its extremely brief render time, which was achieved by rendering it with 'passes=b'. The image has been posted on the FOTD web site at: <http://home.att.net/~Paul.N.Lee/FotD/FotD.html> A sunny cold day with deep snow kept the fractal cats snug indoors on Monday.
