Automatic processing of whole par-file
Hello group, I've collected a bunch of par-files from you nice guys out there and now that I have a second computer with lots of disk space I would like to have fractint work through this pile and present me with a ton of ready images. Is there a hassle-free way of doing this? I found the batch mode but I have to name every single item to be processed (or are there any wildcards?). Thanx a lot Jaan

This sounds like a job for PAR2BAT 3.5, which produces batch-files from fractint's par-files: http://spanky.triumf.ca/pub/fractals/programs/IBMPC/PARTOB35.ZIP A similar program is FRACBAT 1.02, part of the fractextra- package, a collection of all kind of fractint-related files (formulas, parameters, maps, utilities...): http://spanky.triumf.ca/pub/fractals/programs/IBMPC/FRACXTR6.ZIP Regards, Gerald
You can use my Fractint Screen Saver to get this done. Goto: http://home.online.no/~thbernt/fractint.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: <paal.paal@gmx.net> To: <fractint@mailman.xmission.com> Sent: Friday, February 07, 2003 9:03 PM Subject: [Fractint] Automatic processing of whole par-file
