You have not missed the CD. It is still 'in the works'. The delay is because I have been very busy lately with my regular work and the ongoing FOTD. The problem is that the almost 2000 images are not connected to their discussions and even I have forgotten some of the cryptic 8-letter DOS names I gave to the image files. As soon as I organize the files, the CD will be ready to go, but from the way things are going, I cannot say when that will be. Jim M.
