Call for FOTD fill-ins!
Greetings all, Jim Muth - sounds like you've really got your hands full for the next long while! I really apreciate your daily explorations into fractals - they've become something of a fix for me. But of course life throws the occasional fly into the ointment, beyond our control. I suggest that this may be a critical time for the Fractint forum, the expected month-long absence of FOTDs. Rather than it drying up almost entirely, how about all of the rest of us digging out OUR favourite fractals and posting them? Preferably new work, but not only. There are so many other fractal types which rarely get any action anymore. An impromptu competition? No limit to the number of entries. Here's one of mine, a variation on the famous Dragon Curve rendered as an IFS. The accompanying IFS entry must be cut and pasted into any existing .ifs file, and then the par will run.
