I believe the buddhabrot fractal is another name for the mandelcloud fractal which is implemented in fractint. You may want to render it using the outside colouring = summ option from the X menu. You will also have to rotate 90 degrees to see the buddha. regards, Noel Giffin

Yes, it is. However, I've added an orbits drawing method (passes=o) that expands the technique to other fractal types. I did not include the buddhabrot image in the orbits.par file. Jonathan
